Allentown Pizza Project is an ongoing pizza experiment run by a few pizza nerds in Allentown, PA.

We’re obsessed with the basics - and honestly, we can’t believe we get to do this every day as a job.

That’s why the menu stays small. It lets us put all our attention where it actually matters: dough, sauce, cheese, heat, timing.

We listen, we tweak, we test, we change. The project evolves - and the pizza keeps getting better, one pie at a time.

What's the project about?

A simple goal: make pizza we could love so much, we'd eat it at every meal!

why only three pizzas?

We’d rather do a small menu really well than do a big menu kinda okay.

Why are the pies limited?

High volume kills quality. We’d rather sell out than rush the process.

How many pies per day?

So... We never have an exact number. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

Dine in?

Not yet. The shop is about 650 square feet and every inch is dedicated to making the pizza great. Feel free to come early and watch us create while you wait for your pie!

Two off-street spots behind the building, plus two quick 5-minute pickup spots right out front.

What's the project about?

There’s a lot of good pizza in the Lehigh Valley. We wanted to see if we could make great pizza.

Focus. If we can nail the best cheese pizza in Allentown, everything else can come later.
